Unopened Products
Unopened items in their original packaging may be considered for return within 7 days of
purchase with proof of purchase.
Eligible reasons may include:

If a product appears damaged or defective, customers should contact us within 5 days of
purchase.
We may request:

● Photos (if applicable)
● Proof of purchase
When appropriate, eligible products may be exchanged, credited, or resolved through another
remedy permitted under Massachusetts law.
Damaged or Defective Products
We cannot accept returns of:
● Opened products (unless defective)
● Items without proof of purchase
● Products outside the policy window
● Products that have been altered or removed from original packaging
Approved returns may be resolved through:
● Product exchange (when available)
● Store credit
● Other solutions permitted under state regulations
For defective products, customers may receive an exchange, store credit, or another resolution
permitted under Massachusetts law.
Please note that transaction fees collected by third-party payment processors are
non-refundable.
In accordance with Massachusetts regulations, returned cannabis products cannot be resold.
